The World Organization for Al-Azhar Graduates Condemns Stabbing of Imam in Germany

The World Organization for Al-Azhar Graduates denounced stabbing of an imam in the city of Stuttgart, Southern Germany. The imam was walking with his wife when two assailants approached him, stabbed him and then fled after committing their crime, which led to his death immediately.
The Organization mentioned in a statement that targeting peaceful people and killing innocent ones are sinful criminal acts that contradict with teachings of all religions that called for protecting human lives. It also stressed that terrorism disregards sanctities of nations and countries and does not differentiate between Muslims and Non-Muslims. It targets destabilizing countries and harming people.
At the end of its statement, it extended its sincere condolences to the family of the victim and prayed to Allah to protect the whole world from the horrors of extremism and terrorism.
