TheOrganization's statement highlighted that the Islamic Shari'ah ordered topreserve the human rights and protect them against any assault, and threatenedthose who terrorize the innocents to have a severe punishment in this world andafterlife, considering such terrorists as enemies to Allah Almighty and HisProphet (PBUH), who deserve the worldly and afterlife punishments, as AllahAlmighty says: " The punishmentof those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with mightand main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or thecutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: thatis their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in theHereafter" {Q:5: 33}. ProphetMuhammad (PBUH) said in his Hadith: "He who pointed a weapon towardshis brother the angels invoke curse upon him even if he is his real brother".Imam al-Nawawi interpreted that Hadith as follows: "the Hadith confirmsthe inviolability of any Muslim as well as the strict prohibition ofterrorizing and harming him/her. The phrase "even if he is his realbrother" is an exaggeration in order to stress the general order of prohibition, whoever the convicted is, and whatever the action is, whether it is for real orfor fun, since terrorizing a Muslim is, by all means, forbidden".
